Working through the list : Baby shoes

family,Finished one item of my list. It will start getting a bit tricky to get through the list now that I have started working (part-time)... hmmm....

Baby shoes for A.B (a friends of us) have finally been finished, the motive is lady bugs. The material again is canvas and fleece in the inside, this time I have used some of the leather that Jean gave me for the sole. Lady bugs are in satin stich and so the flowers and leaves, the stem on chain. Hopefully the little one finds them confortable!:-).

The pukeko

Hamish likes pukekos but who doesn't like pukekos, so my latest shoe request was a pukeko and obviously came from Hamish.

I think I will give the shoe making a bit of a rest now. I have enough for presents now, and need to wait for some babies to be born..!!!

Another pair

The other day I finished another pair of little shoes. There are at least two more babies to come so, I have a couple of more orders to complete. They are a really nice baby-shower gift. (I will keep this one to myself just in case :-)).

Here a little bit more from the footwear department. I have done a few more pair of little shoes using the beutiful and awesome pattern I found here : startdustshoes (again thanks for making this pattern available for download). I have given a couple of pairs of shoes to some friends with little babies and expecting little babies... Here is the latest pair of cloth shoes I have made..., and from the wool department, a little pair of botties...
